From 2000, my careers have centered around management in logistics and supply chain. Throughout the years I have had many great positions that allowed me help develop others and guide them in their career paths. It was this aspect that kept me in the management side of business. As I began to move up the ladder, it felt that although many talked about development of others, it really was all about numbers and productivity. It was at this time I knew I needed a change and needed to redefine who I was as a leader and a community member. In 2020, I walked away from the corporate world to turn my focus to the Real Estate Industry, largely part to my friend and realtor who just made the process easy. I wanted to be that same trusted advisor to others as she was to me.
In November 2021, I signed on with a brokerage that focuses on the human element and believes in building and maintaining relationships as opposed to numbers and productivity. I have now since found that sense of community in a very short time.
My business is centered around integrity, professionalism, and most importantly about respect to all people I interact with. I go into every meeting with the goal to build a friendship, not just a business relationship. I will never turn away an opportunity to meet over coffee just to sit and learn about you.
